Dead tired this morning; exercise the last couple of days has taken it out of me more than normal … maybe need a bit more energy in the diet; I shall monitor. Anyway – haul myself up the hill to #F45NorthSydney for cardio; a special kind of hell today; 20 seconds + rest + 40 seconds + rest + 60 seconds = almost keel over. I was just about done on the first exercise, but I managed to get through it in reasonable fashion.
- Exercise: Cardio circuit. Intensity level set to stun.
- Eats: black coffee (naturally) for brekkie + 2 x vegemite on brown toast; lunch – well, last nights chicken salad defeated me, so leftover chicken salad; dinner was a yummy piece of salmon in lime and black pepper – plus … well, salad of course.
- Cheats … none yet! A cheat day is nearing tho….
