No activities for Baby V today; the leg is better too, so off on a long walk over the bridge and around Barangaroo headland park all help add up to 18k+ steps for the day. Not quite the H.I.I.T. exercise of F45, but given the recent knee trouble, probably ok; all undone, of course, with a visit to the Kirribilli Hotel with the boss who is down from Queensland for the week whilst Comrade Anna has deemed it acceptable to keep the border to NSW open.
