At least the week started strong with the old F45 cardio session. Battle ropes were a favourite – I don’t say this jokingly … I have gotten the hang of them and can power through that section reasonably well; also a high five to new gym buddy Vincent who offered encouragement as we worked through the stations. Australia Day tomorrow is a bind from the challenge point of view … no gym session tomorrow as it’s closed and I am booked in for a beer to celebrate my best mate’s birthday. At least no cheats today…. oh, hang on … chicken tenders for dinner was a bit of a clanger.

  • Exercise: #F45NorthSydney brings the pain on a Monday morning; good session, but I do find the very first one of the week particularly challenging.
  • Eats: sourdough and coffee, steak + salad, tenders and chippos…. hmmm
  • Cheats: clearly dinner was a cheat.
